Scentmarked provides account controls and contact channels for privacy-related choices. The availability of a particular legal right can depend on your location and applicable law.

Account and profile

Signed-in members can use Account Settings to manage available profile controls and permanently delete their Scentmarked account. Ratings and reviews can be edited or deleted through available member controls.

Marketing email

Marketing email consent is optional. Scentmarked does not treat account creation alone as consent to receive marketing campaigns. Marketing messages include an individualized unsubscribe link that updates the associated marketing preference. Unsubscribing from marketing does not delete your Scentmarked account or scent profile.

Privacy requests

For other access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out or appeal requests that may apply under your jurisdiction, use the Contact & Feedback form and choose Privacy request. Provide enough information for Scentmarked to identify and respond to the request. Scentmarked may need to verify a request before acting on account information.

Essential communications

Opting out of marketing does not necessarily prevent transactional or security communications needed to operate an account, such as account confirmation or password recovery messages.
