Scentmarked respects intellectual-property rights and accepts good-faith notices concerning material displayed through the service.
Reporting copyrighted material
If you believe material on Scentmarked infringes copyright, use the Contact page and identify the copyrighted work, the specific Scentmarked material or location at issue, your contact information, and enough information for the request to be evaluated. Include statements and a signature required by applicable law when submitting a formal copyright notice.
Counter-notices
Where applicable, a person whose material was removed may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice. Scentmarked may restore material when permitted by law and the applicable notice process.
Repeat infringement
Scentmarked may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material when appropriate under the circumstances.
Important DMCA notice
This page is not a substitute for designating a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office when Scentmarked elects to rely on a safe harbor that requires one. Formal agent details should be added here after that registration is completed.
Trademarks and product material
Brand names, fragrance names, logos and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Scentmarked is for identification, comparison and discovery and does not by itself indicate affiliation or endorsement.
